What we provide

Near Me Websites operates a free Google Maps visibility audit and four paid local-marketing packages: Get Me Listed ($29), Get Me Found ($129), Build My Local Site ($199), and Beat My Competitors (custom quote). The exact deliverables, timelines, and inclusions for each package are listed on the product pages and in the report you receive after running an audit.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to enter into agreements on behalf of the business you're submitting. By using the site, you represent that the business name, address, phone, and other details you submit are accurate and that you have the right to submit them.

Payment

All paid packages are charged as one-time fees through Stripe. Prices are listed in US Dollars. By completing checkout, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method for the total amount displayed at checkout. Custom-quoted work (Beat My Competitors) is invoiced based on the agreed scope from the AI-led intake interview.

Delivery timelines

• Get Me Listed — delivered within 48 hours of purchase, business hours.
• Get Me Found — delivered within 7 days of purchase.
• Build My Local Site — delivered within 14 days of purchase.
• Beat My Competitors — timeline specified in the quote.

Timelines are best-effort and assume timely receipt of any information we need from you (Google Business Profile access, copy, photos, branding, etc.). Delays caused by your non-response do not extend the refund window described in our Refund Policy.

What we'll do, and what we won't

We perform the work listed in your package's deliverables. Specifically, we will:

• Optimize your Google Business Profile (categories, hours, photos, services, attributes) where access is granted.
• Create or update directory listings (Yelp, Bing Places, Apple Maps, Foursquare, BBB, etc.) using your provided business information.
• Build the website included in your package (one-page or multi-page depending on tier) using mobile-first design and the photos and copy you provide or approve.
• Set up a review-request link you can text customers.
• Provide a 30-day follow-up audit (Get Me Listed) or 14 days of post-launch edits (Build My Local Site) as listed in the package.

We will not:

• Guarantee specific Google rankings, search positions, traffic counts, lead volume, or revenue. SEO and local visibility depend on factors outside our control.
• Represent the business in any legal, financial, or contractual matter.
• Manage paid advertising or pay-per-click campaigns unless explicitly scoped in a Beat My Competitors quote.
• Engage in tactics that violate Google, Meta, Yelp, or any other platform's terms of service.

Your responsibilities

To deliver the work, we may need: access to your Google Business Profile (manager or owner role), your business address, phone, hours, services list, photos, branding (logo, colors, preferred fonts), and reasonable responsiveness to questions during the project. If you cannot provide what we need, the timeline may slip and refund eligibility may be affected as described in the Refund Policy.

Intellectual property

You retain ownership of your business name, logo, photos, copy, and all content you provide to us. You grant us a license to use that content to deliver the work and to feature finished work in our portfolio (with right to opt out by emailing hello@nearmewebsites.com). Once delivered and paid for, you own the website code, copy, and configurations. Our internal templates, processes, and tools remain ours.

No guarantees on rankings or results

Google Maps and Google Search rankings depend on hundreds of factors that are not controllable by any third party. We optimize for the factors we can influence — accurate business information, good photos, strong reviews, clear website structure — but we do not guarantee top-3 placement, increased calls, increased customers, or any specific revenue outcome. Any case studies, examples, or estimates shown on the site are illustrative and do not constitute promises about your results.

Refunds

See our Refund Policy for the full terms. Short version: 24-hour cancellation window before work begins; after that, the package is non-refundable except in cases where we fail to deliver as described.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these terms or the services is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost revenue. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the smallest amount permitted by law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim arising out of inaccurate or unauthorized information you submit to us, content you ask us to publish that infringes someone else's rights, or your use of the work product in ways that violate third-party platform terms.

Termination

You may stop using the site at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, abuse the audit tool (e.g., automated scraping), or engage in fraudulent payment activity. Termination of the relationship does not release either party from obligations that survive termination, including payment for completed work and the limitation of liability above.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Near Me Websites is registered, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by good-faith negotiation will be resolved by binding arbitration in that state, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. If we make material changes, we'll update the date and (if you have an active customer relationship) notify you by email.
